Steven C. Foster ASLA was founded in 2002 and is a land planning and site design firm offering broad professional experience in a wide variety of project types. Mr. Foster was educated at Michigan State University and is a registered landscape architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Michigan. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. After practicing in Ann Arbor Michigan and the Midwest, he relocated to the Boston metropolitan area in 1996. Mr. Foster is an instructor in the Landscape Design Program for The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University.

Steven has over twenty five years professional experience working in multi-disciplinary planning and design firms. His varied background includes landscape architectural design of residences; urban parks/open space planning; streetscape/community design and civic/institutional facilities. He also has experience in providing environmental assessments of natural systems and utility/transportation corridors.

As a sole proprietor, Steven is skilled at listening to the needs and wishes of his clients and provides personal design service from the beginning of a project to its completion.
